About The Position

Animal and Human Pharma products around the world.  Our company is looking for a key person to
perform a leading role as a business partner in the development, implementation, and continuous
improvement of an effective compliance program for all business activities within Medicine &
Innovation (R&D).

The Sr. Associate Director Compliance Business Partner – Medicine & Innovation (R&D) will conduct the
risk assessment and analysis process to continuously evaluate risk areas and priorities to guiding new
Compliance efforts and contributing to the success of our business. Strong and successful partnership in
the Medicine &  Innovation area, includes partnership at the senior levels of the functional business units
to aid and advice on daily operations and ensure appropriate compliance controls and training, as well
as investigations of non-compliant activity and corrective action for identified business activities. The Sr.
AD will also work closely with other teams within the Ethics and Compliance Department to
continuously identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, ensuring consistent
application and implementation of identified compliance controls, training, monitoring, and auditing.

Requirements / Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration is required and/or Master’s in Law or related field
  • Strong performance history, including five-plus (5+) years of experience with a similar
    business area in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences setting.
  • Two to five (2-5) years of prior experience in compliance, regulatory and/or another
    related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and management skills and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to critically analyze and assess business and regulatory information
    and effectively communicate up, down and across the organization.
  • Leadership experience and results orientation.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence diverse groups.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
  • Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
