Robinson+Cole an AmLaw 200 law firm is seeking a highly motivated staff attorney for a flexible, off-track position to work with our busy Labor & Employment practice. Prior experience in employment law is required. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years’ experience as a practicing attorney, and will have counseling, compliance and litigation experience. Workplace investigations and labor experience are a plus, but not required.
This hybrid position can be based in our Stamford or Hartford office. Admission to the Connecticut bar is required; we will consider candidates who have the ability to waive into to the Connecticut bar, particularly those already admitted to New York or Massachusetts. Candidates should work well as part of a team, have great attention to detail, and excellent communication and drafting skills.
Full-time or part-time positions are available. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and agreed upon billable hours.
